City of Phoenix Open Data Table Rows (phoenixopendata.com Datastore)

Returns rows from one queryable table of the City of Phoenix open data portal, identified by its resource id (found in a dataset record where datastore_active is true). Filter by exact column values with filters (a JSON object text, for example {"ZIP":"85006"}), search all columns with q, sort with sort and page with offset. Returns up to 50 rows per call, the total number of matching rows and the table's column definitions. Column names are the table's own. City of Phoenix data, served by Eden Engine; not an official City of Phoenix product.
