UK Planning Constraints at a Location: Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, Flood Zones (Planning Data)

planningdata/constraints-at-point

Every planning designation that covers one point in England, from sixteen datasets in one call: conservation areas, listed building outlines, Article 4 direction areas, flood risk zones, tree preservation zones, scheduled monuments, registered parks and gardens, battlefields, World Heritage Sites, archaeological priority areas, ancient woodland, sites of special scientific interest, areas of outstanding natural beauty, national parks, local nature reserves and brownfield land. Each record has its dataset, name, reference, dates, maintaining organisation and a representative point, plus the fields its dataset adds. An empty list means none of those sixteen datasets covers the point. England only.
