Brazil Public Tenders by Publication Date (PNCP)

Public procurement notices (contratacoes) published on Brazil's Portal Nacional de Contratacoes Publicas (PNCP) between two dates, for one procurement modality code (for example 6 Pregao Eletronico, 8 Dispensa), 10 to 50 per page. Dates are yyyymmdd. Each notice carries the buying body, object, estimated and homologated values, status and dates. The response includes totalPaginas, so read it from page 1: a page past the last returns no body and fails as a provider error. A start date after the end date is refused. Passed through unmodified (the PNCP content is CC BY-ND) and served by Eden Engine; not an official PNCP product.
