Public Proxy List by Protocol (Proxmint)

Proxmint's re-tested list of public proxy servers for one protocol (http, https, socks4 or socks5): the total number listed and the first 100 entries, best score first, each as an ip address and port. The list is refreshed about every 30 minutes and availability changes by the hour. A share of public proxies are honeypots that can log or tamper with traffic, so never send logged-in or sensitive traffic through one. Proxies are listed, not endorsed.
