A page of Ukraine's Prozorro public-procurement tenders, the most recently modified first: for each its id, public tender number (tenderID), status, procurement method and type, and when it was modified. Contact persons and buyer details are not included here; get them with prozorro/get-tender. At most 100 per call. Page back in time by passing the offset from the previous answer's next_page. There is no search by name or keyword. Prozorro data served by Eden Engine; not an official Prozorro product.
