Searches the Queensland Government open data portal by topic words and returns the matching datasets with title, description, publishing agency, licence, update frequency, tags and links to their downloadable resources. Five datasets by default, up to ten per call, with a start offset for the next page; `count` is the total number of matches. Each dataset states its own licence in `license_id`: most are Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, some are older or other open licences. Returns dataset descriptions and links only, not the data files. State of Queensland data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official State of Queensland product.
