RCC-ACIS Station Metadata Search (Climate Stations of a State, Names and IDs)

The climate stations of one state in the Regional Climate Centers' ACIS service, each with its name and its station ids; use an id with the station daily climate data tool. A whole state is a long list, from about 15 KB for a small state to over 500 KB for Texas. An unknown state returns an empty list. Data from the Regional Climate Centers (ACIS), served by Eden Engine; not an official Regional Climate Centers product.
