Search Research Data Repositories (re3data)

re3data/search-repositories

Searches re3data, the registry of research data repositories, by name or keyword (for example zenodo, oceanography or genomics) and returns matching repositories with their re3data id, DOI and name. At most 50 repositories are returned per call, with the total number of matches. Use the id with the repository lookup tool for the full record. An empty list means nothing matched. Registry index data (CC0), served by Eden Engine; not an official re3data.org product.
