Reactome Pathway, Reaction or Entity Record by Stable ID

reactome/pathway-or-entity-record

Returns the full Reactome record for a stable id such as R-HSA-69620: the name, species, summary text, literature references, Gene Ontology annotation, figure references (paths only; no illustration is served), review status and, for a pathway, the events it contains. Look up a pathway, reaction or other database object when you already know its Reactome id; this tool does not search by name. Reactome data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Reactome product.

// 1. search: find the tool
omnial_search({ query: "what you need" })

// 2. inspect: price and input schema
omnial_inspect({ tool: "reactome/pathway-or-entity-record" })

// 3. learn: read the usage guide at runtime
omnial_learn({ tool: "reactome/pathway-or-entity-record" })

// 4. run: price the exact call first, then run it
omnial_execute({ tool: "reactome/pathway-or-entity-record", input: { /* see input_schema */ }, dry_run: true })
omnial_execute({ tool: "reactome/pathway-or-entity-record", input: { /* ... */ } })

// 5. settle: the call is charged when it finishes, nothing to do
