Reference Sequence Window: Bases by MD5 Checksum, Start and End (GA4GH refget, ENA)
refget/sequence-bases
Returns the bases of a window of one reference sequence held in the European Nucleotide Archive's CRAM reference registry, selected by the sequence's 32-character MD5 checksum and a 0-based start (inclusive) and end (exclusive). The window can be at most 65,536 bases and end must be greater than start; a window past the end of the sequence is rejected. Check the sequence length first with refget/sequence-metadata. Data from the European Nucleotide Archive (EMBL-EBI), served by Eden Engine; not an official ENA or EMBL-EBI product.
Price
$0.0026 per call
You pay the price shown. If a call turns out to cost more than its quote, you pay the actual price, capped at twice the quote. No monthly minimum. Top-ups start at $0.50.
