Finds every electoral and administrative boundary that contains a point in Canada, from latitude and longitude: federal electoral districts (current and previous representation orders), provincial electoral districts, municipal wards and similar, each with name, boundary set, the district's external id and a link into the boundary's own record. A point outside any covered area returns an empty list. Data compiled by Open North, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Open North product.
