Safecast Detector Models: Manufacturer, Model and Sensor

The radiation detector models that report to the Safecast network, with manufacturer, model and sensor tube, for example Safecast bGeigie Nano with an LND 7317 tube. Takes no input and returns about 25 entries in one call. These are model records, not individual units: a measurement's device_id is a unit id. Safecast data under CC0, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Safecast product.
