Searches the Smart Dublin open data portal (data.smartdublin.ie), run for Dublin City, Fingal, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown and South Dublin councils, for datasets matching your search terms. Returns the total match count and, for each dataset on the requested page, its name, title, description, publisher, author, licence, file formats, tags and last-modified time. Only datasets under licences that permit commercial use (CC BY, CC BY 4.0, CC0) are returned; catalogue records only, not the data files. Data from Smart Dublin and the Dublin local authorities, mostly CC BY 4.0, served by Eden Engine; not an official Smart Dublin product.
