Returns the download link for a whole Statistics Canada data table as a CSV file in a ZIP, given the table's eight digit product id (formerly the CANSIM number) and a language, English or French. Only the link is returned; Omnial does not fetch the file. The link points at Statistics Canada's own site. Statistics Canada data, passed through unmodified and served by Omnial; not an official Statistics Canada product.
