Returns how many U.S. passports the Department of State issued in one fiscal year, by four-digit year: {Year, Count}. For example fiscal year 2023 is 24,021,257. A year with no published figure, such as the current year, returns an empty results list. Fiscal years 2005, 2022 and 2023 were checked. Data from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs; served by Eden Engine, not an official U.S. Department of State product.
