The balance of an account on Polkadot, Kusama or Westend: nonce and free, reserved and frozen amounts in planck as exact strings (1 DOT = 10^10 planck; 1 KSM and 1 WND = 10^12). The address must use the network's own format; found: false for an account that never existed.
