NOAA Space Weather Scales or SWPC Alerts, Watches and Warnings (NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center)

swpc/scales-and-alerts

The NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center's headline bulletins. `noaa-scales` returns the NOAA Space Weather Scales for radio blackouts (R), solar radiation storms (S) and geomagnetic storms (G), each 0 (none) to 5 (extreme): the worst level in the last 24 hours (key -1), the level now (key 0) and a three-day forecast (keys 1, 2, 3, where key 1 is today); the R and S forecasts are probabilities in percent, the G forecast is a level, and every number is a string. `alerts` returns the alert, watch, warning and summary messages SWPC issued over the last four weeks, newest first, as text in `message` with a UTC `issue_datetime`; it is a log, not a list of what is in force, so check each warning's validity times.
