Returns the ArcGIS layer description for the LIST Cadastral Parcels map layer, the polygon index of Tasmania's cadastral framework (about 440,000 parcels): layer name, geometry type, maximum rows per query, every field with its type and alias, and the capabilities. Use it to see the columns behind the search tools; query-features searches PROP_ADD (property address), LPI (land parcel identifier), VOLUME (title volume), PROP_NAME, FEAT_NAME, TENURE_TY or CAD_TYPE1. Field domain objects can make the answer large.
