Tasmania: Parcel Lookup by Point
tasthelist/query-by-point
Finds Tasmanian cadastral parcels at or near a longitude, latitude point, from the LIST Cadastral Parcels map layer, the polygon index of Tasmania's cadastral framework (about 440,000 parcels). Returns up to `limit` records (1 to 100) whose area lies within `distance` metres of the point (1 to 5000), in layer row order rather than nearest first. Each record carries the parcel, property and land parcel identifiers, title volume and folio, cadastral type and tenure, strata level, computed and measured area, property name and the one-line property address.
