Brazil SICONFI Annual Accounts (DCA): Balance Sheet and Budget Lines by Entity and Year

Returns rows of the Annual Accounts Declaration (DCA) that a Brazilian municipality, state or the Union filed with SICONFI for one year: each row is an account line with its code, name, column, amount in reais and the annex it belongs to (DCA-Anexo I-AB is the balance sheet, I-C to I-HI the budget and expense annexes). Takes the IBGE code of the entity (from the entities tool), the year, a page size, an optional offset and an optional annex. A year or entity with no filing returns an empty list. Brazilian National Treasury data as served by Eden Engine; not an official Tesouro Nacional product.
