Brazil SICONFI Entities: Municipalities and States by State Code

Lists the Brazilian federative entities (municipalities and the state itself) that report to SICONFI, the National Treasury's fiscal reporting system, for one state: IBGE code, name, region, state, sphere (M municipality, E state), capital flag, population and CNPJ. Takes a two-letter state code in capitals (SP, RJ, MG) and a page size, with an optional offset to page through states with hundreds of municipalities. The IBGE code returned is the id_ente the other SICONFI tools need. A state code that matches nothing returns an empty list. Brazilian National Treasury data as served by Eden Engine; not an official Tesouro Nacional product.
