Latest UK Company Notices from The Gazette: Insolvency, Liquidators, Struck-Off and Restored Companies

The newest official company notices published in The Gazette, the UK's public record: corporate insolvency (administrations, receiverships, liquidations and winding-up petitions, creditors' meetings and dividends) and companies regulation (companies restored to or removed from the register, reductions of capital, share buy-backs, takeover offers). Notices about individuals (personal insolvency, probate, honours, changes of name, partnerships) are deliberately not served. Returns the newest first, 1 to 50 per call, with the notice title (the company), category, publication time, location when given, the appointed office-holder's name for insolvency notices, a short extract and links to the notice in other formats; page forward with results_page. The Open Government Licence does not cover personal data, so handle any names in the extract lawfully. Calls are throttled to one every two seconds across all customers.
