Queries current United States statistical boundaries from TIGERweb by attribute and returns each match's GEOID, name, feature class code, land and water area (square metres) and centroid coordinates; no geometry. Choose a layer (80 states, 82 counties, 8 tracts, 28 incorporated places, 30 designated places, 93 metropolitan statistical areas, 2 ZIP code tabulation areas) and a where filter such as STATE='06' AND NAME LIKE 'San%' (STATE is the two-digit state code on layers 80, 82, 8, 28 and 30; NAME and GEOID exist on all layers). Returns up to `limit` rows (1 to 25, default 10) from `offset`; `exceededTransferLimit` is true when more match. The answer is the service's envelope with a `features` array of `attributes`. A filter naming a field the layer lacks is refused as invalid.
