Convert Life-Science Identifiers Between Databases (TogoID)

togoid/convert-ids

Convert life-science identifiers from one database to another along a route of datasets (for example ncbigene to ensembl_gene, ncbigene to uniprot, hgnc to chembl_target): give 1 to 50 source ids and a route of 2 to 6 dataset names, and get the converted ids, optionally with the source id beside each (`pair`) or every intermediate id (`all`). Dataset names are lower-case keys such as ncbigene, ensembl_gene, uniprot, hgnc, pdb, chembl_compound; find routes and names with the other TogoID tools. Source ids with no mapping return an empty result list. TogoID data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official TogoID product.
