RefSeq Protein Record by Accession (TogoWS)
togows/protein-record
The NCBI RefSeq record of one protein (accession starting NP_, XP_, YP_ or WP_) through DBCLS TogoWS: accession and version, length, description, organism and taxonomy, the amino acid sequence, the annotated features (domains, binding sites, modified residues) and the literature references. Around 40 KB for a typical human protein. An unknown accession returns a record of null fields.
Price
$0.0026 per call
You pay the price shown. If a call turns out to cost more than its quote, you pay the actual price, capped at twice the quote. No monthly minimum. Top-ups start at $0.50.
Data source
Records from NCBI Gene and NCBI RefSeq, served through TogoWS (togows.dbcls.jp) of the Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS). Served by Eden Engine; not an official DBCLS or NCBI product.
