The catalogue record of one City of Toronto open dataset, looked up by its dataset name or id: title, description, publishing division, refresh rate, last-refreshed time, tags and each downloadable file with its format, size and URL. Returns the metadata and links only, not the data files. An individual dataset may carry terms of its own (see its license_title and license_id fields). The City's names and logos are not covered by the licence: the record's organization and group entries can carry an image address as a plain text field, which this tool passes through but never fetches or returns as an image.
