UniProt SPARQL Query: Proteins, Taxonomy and Citations (UniProt)
uniprot/sparql-query
Runs a SPARQL 1.1 SELECT or ASK query against UniProt's SPARQL endpoint (sparql.uniprot.org, the RDF triple store, not the UniProt REST API), covering protein entries, sequences, annotations, cross-references to other databases, taxonomy and citations, and returns the SPARQL-JSON result: the variable names in `head.vars` and one object per row in `results.bindings`. CONSTRUCT and DESCRIBE queries are not supported. Always include a LIMIT: broad or unbounded queries over the full dataset can run past the time allowed and fail, and a large result set makes a large response. UniProt data, licensed CC BY 4.0, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official UniProt product.
