Lists what the USDOT Geospatial ArcGIS REST server publishes: its folders and the services at the root, each with its type (MapServer, FeatureServer, ImageServer, GPServer). Folders include BTS, FRA, NHTSA, PHMSA_DS, NPMS and Hosted; some folders hold partner or non-public data, so read a service before relying on it. Takes no input and returns the directory as the server sends it. Passed through unmodified and served by Omnial.
