Searches the United States Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) by a product word or an HTS number or prefix and returns the matching schedule rows: HTS number, description, general (most-favoured-nation) duty rate, special preferential rates with their programme codes, column 2 rate, statistical units and footnotes. Heading rows carry no rates; only the detailed lines do. Use a specific word (pineapple) or a code prefix (0101, 8517.13.00): broad words return very large lists. A search with no match returns an empty list. U.S. International Trade Commission data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official USITC product.
