Utah: Parcel Lookup by Point

Finds Utah parcels at or within a short distance of a longitude,latitude point, from the Utah Statewide Parcels polygon layer of the State Geographic Information Database (SGID), about 1.6 million parcels. Returns every parcel whose area lies within `distance` metres of the point (1 to 100); no row count is sent because the upstream answers a point query combined with a count far too slowly, so the distance is kept small. Each record carries the parcel id, site address, city and ZIP, ownership type, county, county account number, the recorder's phone number and the date the county data is current to (owner names are not returned). Data from the State of Utah, SGID (Utah Geospatial Resource Center statewide parcels). Passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official State of Utah product.
