Keyword search over the dataset catalogue of the Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center (Pittsburgh and Allegheny County open data). Returns the total number of matches and up to 10 dataset records per call (title, slug, description, organisation, licence, last-modified time and attached files), paged with `start`. Supports the portal's query syntax, for example a plain keyword or tags:housing. Datasets published under a non-commercial licence are left out. Published by the WPRDC on a CKAN portal; served by Eden Engine and not an official WPRDC product.
