The offers on the XRP Ledger's built-in exchange for one currency pair at the newest ledger, best price first, 1 to 20 per call: who offers, how much they give (`taker_gets`) and want (`taker_pays`), and the quality. XRP amounts are drops strings; issued-currency amounts are objects with a decimal string `value`. Read from the public Honeycluster XRP Ledger server, which offers no SLA, can be slow, throttled or a ledger behind, and is the only server: there is no failover. Served by Eden Engine; not an official product of the XRP Ledger Foundation, Ripple or any server operator.

You pay the price shown. If a call turns out to cost more than its quote, you pay the actual price, capped at twice the quote. No monthly minimum. Top-ups start at $0.50.
