Returns the edit count and rights of one named user on a Wikimedia project: live edits, deleted edits, pages created, the account id, and the rights groups held locally (sysop, bot, ...) and globally. Very active users (ClueBot NG, Bearcat and Magnus Manske, each over a million edits, were checked) get a single approximate total_edit_count with a warning instead of the live, deleted and created figures. user_id is null when the name is an IP address, which is also accepted. A username with no account on the project is reported as a validation error. The names and counts are public Wikimedia data about people. About 350 to 450 bytes. Statistics computed by XTools from public Wikimedia data. Served by Eden Engine; not an official XTools product.
